Refund Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is full and accurate when placing your order. Orders that are sent back to us due to insufficient address or due to non pickup of orders will be subject to full reshipping costs of $9.95 USA and Canada, $14.95 for orders with First Class International shipping, and $24.95 all others. Refunds will not be applicable on these orders.
- Sales and Distribution.
Distributors will not sell any products on eBay, Amazon, Aliexpress, DH Gate, or Wish.com any of their affiliate’s websites or any other auction website or online marketplace. Prices do not include and are net of any foreign or domestic governmental taxes or charges of any kind that may be applicable to the sale, licensing, marketing or distribution of the products.
All Distributors must have full consent from DFLK INC with intention to sell with distribution agreement. Any reselling of Naturaful products without consent is strictly prohibited and against terms of service and violate Trademark of ‘Naturaful’ Serial Number 4,402,738 with US Patent and Trademark Office. - Cancellation Policy.
You may cancel at any time for any future orders. Cancellations must be done in writing to support@naturaful.com. Written requests must require full order number, name and shipping address associated with the order. Orders that have already been placed and processed may not be cancelled. ALL Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable once orders have been sent out. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully. - 60 day Return Policy (SATISFACTION GUARANTEE)
We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase. We believe in offering the very best value, quality and selection to our customers. If you are unsatisfied with Naturaful lift cream for any reason, simply request a refund on your order by contacting our Customer Care department by emailing us at support@naturaful.com Requests must include an explanation of why you wish to return the product(s).You may return any unopened items purchased from us within 60 days of initial purchase. For any refunds requested after the 60 day mark of ordering, no refund will be issued. Upon contacting Company and requesting for refund on your order, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. After canceling your order, you may return pack(s) of Naturaful, You must write the RMA number on the return packaging in order to avoid being billed for the product. Company will not refund or credit any shipping and handling charges for any Product that was shipped to you and items returned without an RMA number.
For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the returned pack(s) by latest 10 days past the 60 day mark in order for the refund to be deemed acceptable. The company shall bear no responsibility for packages that are lost in the mail during the return process and will not be responsible for refunding them. We recommend using a shipping carrier with tracking confirmation. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Once your return has been received with RMA number, a refund on your initial card or check will be issued within 30 days from receipt of returned pack(s) and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. It is your full responsibility to follow up with us once you have returned and order. We are not held accountable for any packs returned back to us that are lost. Your refund can only be processed to the same card to which the purchase was made with. Please note that it takes 7-10 business for full processing and once we issue a refund it is no longer in our possession and therefore you must follow up directly with bank associated with the credit card.
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by Company, keeping the following in mind:
- You should return the item to us within 60 days of your purchase date.
- Shipping and Handling Fees are Non Refundable.
- Products returns will be refunded based on pro rated amount and the amount of refund will depend on the package selected.

1. We cannot process or exchange Product marked “Return to Sender.”
2. To ensure that your account is correctly noted, you must send back Product returns to the address provided below along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
